At Level Up Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
